Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to lead 
our product development team in India. As a Development Manager, you will be 
responsible for overseeing the development of our Web-based EHR system. You 
will work closely with cross-functional teams, including .NET Developers, 
Database Developers, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery 
of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong 
background in Microsoft technologies, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Web.

Key Skills

(Mandatory): Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Core), MVC, C#, SQL 
Server, Microservice, jQuery, JavaScript

(Optional): System Design, React, Bootstrap, MongoDB, SSRS, Knowledge of 
AWS & Azure Components

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of .NET Developers in Agile/Scrum environment
  Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define and 
  prioritize product features and enhancements
• Drive the software development process from planning, design, and development 
  to testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure that the team follows best practices, coding standards, and quality 
  guidelines to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
  Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior 
  management and stakeholders
• Work closely with the US-based teams to align development efforts with the 
  overall company strategy and vision
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a 
  related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on 
  Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large development 
  teams (15+ members) in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, 
  MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0
• Sound knowledge of database management systems, with hands-on experience 
  in SQL Server and MongoDB
• Familiarity with additional infrastructure and services such as Elmah, New Relic, 
  SSRS, AWS Services & Microservices Architecture
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent 
  communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones to achieve project 
  goals and meet deadline
