Summary of the Project Manager
As an Implementation Manager, you will be overseeing the execution and completion of the Company’s technology solutions to various customers. You will be leading the project and supporting the company-client relationship while ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be tasked with budget analysis, labor planning, and coordinating activities between the client and company personnel. You’ll also be monitoring project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Manage the customer’s implementation project via Company’s GoLive system
  • Scheduled onsite meetings and trainings
  • Scheduled and ad-hoc phone calls utilizing web meeting software
  • Proactively manage customers to assure their success in utilizing Company software through project management and training
  • Document all of customer interactions following outlined documentation standards
  • Represent customers’ needs to Company senior management as necessary
  • Manage multiple software implementations with Company customers
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with customers and internal departments while going through the implementation process
  • Train customer on software functionality and set clear timelines for deliverables
  • Document, track, and provide support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve any issues that arise during implementation
  • Participate in the evolution of Company’s implementation process to assist the team in doubling, or even tripling, our productivity and output
  • Assist or lead data analysis for customer configurations to ensure a smooth and uneventful go-live and customer adoption of the platform for their organization.
  • Assist in sales process to describe implementation process and capabilities to potential customers.

Qualifications of the Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of experience software implementation
  • Experience with cloud of SaaS implementations and/or EHR/EMR Implementation
  • Data visualization
  • Configuration and form building
  • Behavior health or general healthcare is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
