| Responsibilities | Lead and manage the Azure DevOps team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members |
| Develop and implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and release management processes | |
| Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define and implement efficient and reliable deployment pipelines | |
| Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as PowerShell and ARM templates | |
| Monitor and optimize Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and security. | |
| Collaborate with the database development team to ensure effective database deployment and migration strategies | |
| Implement and manage Azure infrastructure and services, including Azure Resource Manager, Azure DevOps, and Azure App Services | |
| Requirements | Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field |
| Proven experience working as an Azure DevOps Lead/Manager in an Agile/Scrum development environment | |
| Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, MVC, React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS 3.0 | |
| In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools, such as Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Boards | |
| Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies in Azure DevOps | |
| Familiarity with SQL Server and MongoDB for database management | |
| Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively | |
| Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving development issues | |
| Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams | |
