The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of our corporate network; development and production environments within our datacenter and public cloud infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the installation, operation, administration, and maintenance of corporate LAN and WAN networks.
  • Respond to network outages and perform deep root cause analysis.
  • Solve network connectivity issues.
  • Support for network deployment and maintenance projects
  • Monitor the performance of internal and external equipment in the data center, as well as in Security equipment located in remote locations.
  • Implement and give maintenance to the monitor tools.
  • Verify and validate the correct performance of the connectivity equipment in all locations: data center and remote offices.
  • Follow-up with the performance and alert control of all the connectivity and security equipment of the company, through the monitor tools.
  • Support the purchasing process of new communication equipment.
  • Enable and configure the new services in the communication equipment of all the locations.
  • Research on new technologies to be implemented in the new projects.
  • Manage the interconnections of communication with third parties.
  • Design and implement networking plans in infrastructure projects.

Skills we need:
  • Technical or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Solid Telecommunications and IP networking experience.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with all network modules Wireless, Security, Voice, Routing, Switching.
  • Possess advanced wiring knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Hold industry recognized certifications (ex. CCNA).
  • Experience with legacy Voice Cabling and Legacy Wiring Infrastructure preferred.
  • Knowledge and familiarity on AWS.
  • Experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Cisco Core Switches.
