| Job Summary | We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our development unit in India. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the US healthcare industry. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and the software is delivered on time |

| Responsibilities | Plan, execute, and monitor the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of the EHR system |
| Lead and guide - team of developers, including .Net Developers, Database Developers, and QA professionals. | |
| Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables | |
| Implement and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives | |
| Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards | |
| Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or risks | |
| Requirements | Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field |
| Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering software projects using Microsoft technologies | |
| Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile | |
| Familiarity with web development frameworks and MS technologies is a plus | |
| Proficiency in using project management tools and software | |
| Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. | |
| MUST have great documentation & presentation skills | |
