JOB DESCRIPTION

Location:  (Stratford, London or Bagneux, Paris) 

  • Supports the discovery of Digital needs with the regions, product families and Marketing Operations
  • Documents processes
  • Assists with the documentation of gap analyses
  • Proposes new ways of working
  • Maintains training documentation
  • Supports our training efforts
  • Communicates with the CRM Global team about future developments and bug fixes for SFDC
  • Communicates with CRM partners (for example IOOCX as requested)
  • Supports department organisation and planning so timelines are achieved
  • Ensures tasks are completed within the necessary time, cost, scope tolerances
  • Escalates risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Communicates the status and the delivery dates of the developments and bug fixes to the regions, product families and Marketing Operations
  • Collaborates with Marketing Operations to ensure the journeys in SFMC of all regions are aligned
  • Understands future training needs and communicates that to the proper parties
  • Undertakes several international travels as required

 

 REPORTING

  • Reporting to Customer Strategy & Relationship Team

 EDUCATION

  • Batchelors degree or equivalent business experience

 EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a Business Operations Team
  • Experienced people manager

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Technical:

  • SQL
  • Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Service Clouds

 Personal skills:

  • Communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Designing business processes
  • Real appetite for technical tools
  • Passionate about driving change and business improvement
  • Resourceful, confident under pressure

 Language skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in French is very helpful
  • Other languages are very helpful
