The Competitive Intelligence Specialist is responsible for driving the corporate-wide win/loss progam to better understand how and why customers buy from us versus the competition. The specialist must work with the CSO and Operations team to gather this information when a decision was made at the customer site. The individual must be comfortable working with qualitive data in a fast-paced environment.


  • Continue the current program of our Customer Experience Management (CXM) business line
  • Create and manage programs for the 3 other Business Lines: Mail Related, Business Process Automation and Parcel Locker
  • Elaborate the best approach by line of business notably by considering the customer profile and the nature of the business
  • Execute the program and present results on a quarterly basis
  • Communicate internally on the key learnings through webinars, articles, infographics
  • Create (with Business Lines and marketing), communicate and update competitive battle cards
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Business Lines teams to deliver insights helping to identify potential candidates for acquisition or partnership
  • Ad'hoc research to support the lines of business, the Marketing and the regions


  • A university degree in business, marketing, mathematics, economics or data
  • Experience in a market research within an agency or a consultancy firm
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience in primary research techniques and methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • At ease with technology
  • Fluent in English; additional language like French, German or Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical tools
  • Location: major European city
