Role Description

A Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for assisting in the design, planning, implementation, and presentation of corporate-wide skills training programs through a variety of mediums and accompanying policies and processes.

A Digital Learning Specialist is entrusted with implementing the latest Employee Development and eLearning best practices.


Essential requirements for this role include:

  • At least high school education, a university degree is preferred
  • Fluent English, a minimum of an advanced English certification
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and instructional skills
  • A general Information Technology background

Desirable requirements for this role include:

  • Pedagogical education or experience in the field of education


A Digital Learning Specialist is entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Responsible for the development of learning & development solutions and support with the delivery of programs
  • Collaborate with appropriate Business/Functional Units and HR Business Partners to analyze learning & development needs, develop, and implement appropriate innovative/blended learning solutions
  • Advising stakeholders and Managers and recommending effective learning solutions to meet business needs
  • Connecting L&D opportunities to career growth plans, talent management process and organization performance appraisal process
  • Confident and engaging, with strong ability to demonstrate numerous learning methods; adaptability to flex to audience learning needs
  • Conduct evaluation of techniques and obtaining feedback to improve and modify as necessary
  • Develop, implement, and maintain learning materials
  • Develop and maintain effective communications including internal PR campaigns to ensure employees have knowledge of L&D opportunities and successes achieved by the L&D initiatives
  • Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status
  • Administering EKP (E-Learning Knowledge Platform)
