Responsibilities:  

You will

  • Be responsible for the development of your own sales district with an individual sales budget, focusing on Parcel Lockers, WTS, digital Pannels and MRS
  • Focus on hunting new customers and develop existing accounts  
  • Responsible of Project leading with larger customers and bigger installations   
  • Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales and marketing tools, tactics and strategies in order to maximize results
  • Closely and proactively follow-up offer processes in own district/targeted customers and suggest action plan
  • Deploy and use Quadient resources such as Management, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Service and Product Specialists in a planned and efficient way
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through systematic and structured planning and execution of customer visits
  • Support the forecasting process with timely information

Education and skill requirements:  

  • 3-5 years’ B2B sales experience in a similar role focusing on Hardware/Software solutions
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of applying business tools and KPI’s
  • Great sales track record
  • You are fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
  • Business knowledge from the industry and track record of project selling for bigger installations is preferable

You will be based at our office in Oslo, Norway. You will report directly to the Sales Manager Norway.
