Associate and Senior Associate - Social Services Portfolios

QTC is looking for both an Associate and a Senior Associate to join our Advisory Division's Social Services Portfolios team. In these permanent roles, you'll be driven to improve social outcomes through your work.
If you're an analyst, finance, or consulting professional, or have relevant corporate/commercial experience, we want to hear from you! This role involves a broad range of activities, including research, reporting and analytics to influence projects across our Advisory Division.
What you will do:
- Support the portfolio lead and team members in delivery of advisory projects across government social service portfolios including Health, Education and Community safety
- Undertake financial, economic and data analysis to inform decision-making and investment outcomes
- Develop insightful reporting, models and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, evidence-based solutions
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to innovation and capability uplift across client organisations
About you:
You bring emerging or established skills in analytical or advisory work, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and outcomes. We’re looking for:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience from a consulting, government or corporate environment where financial modelling, research or data analytics is a core focus of your role.
- Analytical, research and problem-solving capability
- Ability to synthesise data into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience supporting or delivering client-facing projects
- Highly developed communication skills (written, presentation and verbal)
- Confidence working across strategy, analysis and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on learning and capability development
