About the Role:
QTC are seeking multiple driven Senior Associates to join the Advisory Division in Brisbane. Multiple roles are available as we scale up across our Health, Education & Justice (HEJ) team, as part of our growing Advisory Division.
This is a multifaceted role which will see you work on a broad range of activities across research, reporting, and analytics to influence strategic projects across the Advisory Division.

As a Senior Associate for the Health, Education and Justice team you will be driven to continuously improve social outcomes through;
 
  • Supporting the portfolio lead and team members to deliver client projects
  • Contributing to whole of sector initiatives across advisory portfolio areas including Health Education & Justice.
  • Contributing to reporting requirements to enable informed decision making
  • Confidently communicating via verbal, written and presentations
  • Working as part of a team to provide financial and analytical advice.
  • Superior stakeholder engagement skills – our clients goals are at the heart of everything we do.
 
About you:
Bring your experience in corporate finance, financial modelling, data analysis, and optimising businesses including experience in:
  • Research and data analysis that will underpin your project teams’ understanding of opportunities and challenges.
  • Building financial models and other methods under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.
  • Contributing directly to the development of advisory solutions, both in the critical thinking process and production of deliverables.
  • Working with clients and stakeholders, including as part of blended teams.
  • Report writing, analytical and PowerPoint skills
  • Critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose situations and develop creative solutions
