Description

As Senior Associate, Microsoft Support, you’ll play a key role in the success and growth of our Business Services Division. Your primary focus will be overseeing governance and support for QTC’s Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 products. You’ll drive automation, innovation, and continuous improvement across our Microsoft ecosystem, working closely with the Technology and Data team and external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot.
  • Oversee delivery and support of Microsoft services in line with QTC best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Manage QTC’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Unified Support Agreement to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance user experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support software license management, entitlements, and compliance.
  • Oversee support for QTC’s corporate website and manage partner relationships.
  • Provide backup administration for other QTC applications as needed.
  • Monitor application dashboards and maintain health/status reports.
  • Create process documentation and assist with training materials.
  • Contribute to change management and operational forums.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
  • Strong background in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Deep knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management and working with support partners.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in technical support or systems administration, focused on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Desirable
  • Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in Software Asset Management.
