QTC are seeking an experienced Director, Strategy & Client Partnerships within the Health Education & Justice team of our growing Advisory Division in Brisbane.  You will work across QTC to ensure that services and products meet the current and emerging needs of Queensland Treasury and client departments. These might include, forecasting tools and models, education program offerings:
 
Role purpose includes:
  • identification of systemic and policy themes across projects and deliverables and working with agencies to address any issues arising.
  • identification and development of and new and emerging advisory service offerings.
  • Work across teams and with agencies on the authorising environment for program monitoring and evaluation services.
  • Advise and support the Executive Leaders and relevant teams in working with clients to develop their work plans.
  • Coordinate consultation and collaboration with key stakeholders on a range of operational and policy matters.
  • Build and manage key relationships, networks and partnerships and promote a positive public image for QTC.
About You:
As Director you will bring proven experience in the development of budgets, financial models, policy proposals and evaluation frameworks including:
  • Proven experience providing input into critical Division-level strategies and operational plans with direct impact on results of the business.
  • Ability to communicate with client regarding matters of significant or strategic importance to the organisation.
  • Ability to influence others and negotiate with senior executives in client agencies on the development of work programs and service offerings.
  • Ability to conduct briefings with senior leaders within and across Divisions.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of government policy, budget and decision-making process.
  • Strong management and leadership knowledge to lead and manage project teams.
  • Broad and substantive management experience within complex, corporate, executive, senior leadership, and policy environments.
  • Proven experience leading and managing people including recruitment, coaching, and developing talent, communication of professional standards and expectations.
  • Provide frequent influence and input into the development of the Advisory Division work plan and products and services
