Join QTC as a Change Analyst and you will be part of a PMO team that is passionate about leading and delivering strategic projects. In this 12-month maximum term role, you’ll support impactful organisational culture and technology projects. The role requires a person who has a focus on delivery within a fast-paced environment, is a team player, willing to get in and problem solve.  Working across multiple projects, driven and a creative problem solver at heart. You will be flexible and proactive which will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects.  
 
What You’ll Do 
 
  • Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to develop ‘fit for purpose’ engagement artifacts and workshops, change communications, training content and plans 
  • Conduct analysis, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner  
  • Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.) 
  • Collaborate with project team members in the development of change management deliverables 
  • Apply situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted to change artifacts 
  • Facilitate workshops and training to support staff through the change transition 
     
     
What You Bring 
 
  • Proven experience in organisational and/or technology change with Change Management certification 
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with multiple priorities and drive outcomes 
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver visually engaging change and communications activities 
  • Understanding of stakeholder engagement and influencing skills  
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, IT, HR or other related fields 
  • Certificate in training and development (or experience with training and facilitation)
