Join a high-performing team at QTC as a Senior Associate, Enterprise Risk Management. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, this role is a key contributor to QTC’s risk governance framework, supporting strategic and operational objectives through expert risk advice, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying emerging risks, enhancing internal controls, and delivering insightful reporting to senior executives and Board committees.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, Enterprise Risk Management, you will play a critical role in supporting QTC’s risk governance framework. Your responsibilities will span across four key areas:
Enterprise Risk Management
  • Provide expert advice on current best practices in risk management
  • Support the identification of emerging risks and issues
  • Analyse control effectiveness and offer insights into trends and improvement opportunities
  • Challenge existing practices to ensure alignment with QTC’s risk framework
Governance and Reporting
  • Manage priorities to meet reporting deadlines for committees and the Board
  • Contribute to high-quality reporting that supports informed decision-making
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Actively participate in collaborative partnerships within and outside QTC
Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend enhancements to internal controls, systems, and procedures
  • Support the ongoing development and maturity of the risk function
 
About You
You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks. You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate with clarity, and bring a mindset of continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management roles
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
  • Experience in financial institutions (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
