About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support – FMD and External Engagement to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Funding & Markets Division, this role provides critical administrative and coordination support across the division, with a strong focus on external engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and event logistics
- Support the EA team with expense management, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliation
- Provide confidential and professional business support to senior leaders
- Assist with the coordination of divisional deliverables, reporting schedules, and board papers
- Manage records and documentation using QTC’s systems
- Support onboarding of new hires and coordinate induction activities
- Assist with internal and external events, including investor roadshows and town halls
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and government representatives
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar business support or administrative role
- Experience in a fast-paced, corporate or government environment
- Confidence liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Word
Desirable:
- Tertiary or post-secondary qualifications in business administration or a related field
