The Global MarTech Operations role

The Global MarTech Operations role is a key contributor to the overall lead management process and the management of tech stack utilized by Marketing Operations, Marketing and Demand Centre (BDR and Inside Sales organization). This role will be working across different business units.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the governance and management of multiple technologies in our stack supporting lead lifecycle and customer journey management processes. Our tech stack included but not limited to CRM, lead routing and assignment, sales engagement, chat engagement, and predictive/scoring/profiling engine. In this role, you will support with user management, design and maintenance of systems integrations and workflows in place between systems, troubleshooting issues, and drive optimization needs.

 

How you will spend your time as our next Global MarTech Operations Analyst

  • Set up and manage users across the tech stack and maintenance of resources to support enablement and adoption
  • Work with the business to identify areas of optimizations to expand usage and drive adoption of tools
  • Manage and maintain integration points between multiple systems
  • Project manage future integrations between multiple systems to support growing business requirements
  • Manage and maintain predictive and scoring engine and required optimisations aligned with business needs
  • Manage and maintain the chat engagement platform and processes and required optimisations aligned with business needs
  • Manage and maintain sales facing tech stack and establish best practices for usage and adoption
  • Support the implementation of lead lifecycle management processes and technologies
  • Develop and communicate usage and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain process documentations for demand generation and lead management processes and systems best practices
  • Support the integrations, implementation of lead lifecycle and customer journey processes and technologies
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure systems are working as designed
  • Troubleshoot user and data issues related to the tech stack

  • Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations)

 

Competencies and skills:

The skills and qualifications required for this role:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sales prospecting technologies (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Cognism preferred)
  • Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes
  • Drive to learn and establish self as subject matter expert on multiple marketing technologies
  • Languages: Business level English mandatory, other relevant languages would be an advantage

 

Experience & Qualifications
Desired experience with successful track record in one or more of the following areas:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
