The Digital Renewal Automation Manager Role

As a Digital Renewal Automation Manager, you’ll play a key role in transforming how we drive customer retention and expansion. You’ll harness cutting-edge technology, predictive analytics, and behavioral insights to create seamless, automated renewal experiences that enhance customer success. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Drive retention and expansion by designing AI-powered renewal strategies that anticipate customer needs and automate touchpoints.
- Improve customer experiences with proactive, personalized engagement based on usage patterns and behavioral insights.
- Optimize efficiency and scalability by reducing manual renewal processes and implementing intelligent self-service options.
- Empower teams with AI by integrating predictive models and AI-powered copilots into renewal workflows, helping teams engage customers with the right message at the right time.
- Influence company-wide strategies by defining KPIs, monitoring trends, and continuously improving renewal performance through data-driven decision-making.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Strategy, AI-driven Customer Success, Renewals, Sales Operations, or Digital Transformation within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Expertise in AI, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance customer retention and drive renewals.
- A deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, telemetry-driven insights, and digital engagement models.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, AI-powered customer analytics, and automation tools.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in renewal forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance customer experience and retention.
