Demand Program Specialist

Qlik's Global Demand Center plays a critical role in our customer acquisition and growth strategy. As a Demand Program Specialist, you will work closely with the business development, sales, and marketing teams to identify in-market accounts based on 1st and 3rd-party intent signals and develop buyer-centric inbound and outbound sales engagement strategies. You will utilize best-in-class sales and marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, Drift, G2, etc. Additionally, you will leverage Qlik's analytics application to analyze trends related to campaigns, contacts, cadences, and conversion metrics to find insights used to optimize the effectiveness of future demand programs. 

 

This role requires a high degree of collaboration between the Global Business Development team, Marketing Operations, Sales Excellence, Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and Technology Alliances teams. The position reports to the Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Center. It is part of the Qlik Demand Center, which resides under the leadership of the Vice President, Demand Center, and the Executive Vice President of Global Sales. 

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Understand the source and timing of inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and Qlik digital properties 
  • Design programs that lead to increased conversion from lead to opportunity 
  • Develop relevant messaging to various audiences designed to capture attention, build interest, create desire and incite action 
  • Manage the translation of sales engagement content through 3rd party resources and coordinate the review and approval of translations by internal resources 
  • Build outreach cadences inside of Qlik's sales engagement platform that global sales and business development resources can leverage for orchestrated customer and prospect engagement 
  • Plan and execute A/B testing strategies that increase conversion of critical KPIs related to sales engagement 
  • Collaborate with partners in marketing, sales excellence, and demand center to organize and execute sales enablement and training exercises to aide in the use and execution of various demand programs 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of inbound demand programs focusing on conversion from lead to opportunity, and optimize programs as need to improve conversion 
  • Understand the role of intent signals in the modern buyer’s journey, and partner with Qlik technology partners to improve the conversion of engaged contacts at in-market accounts 
  • Partner with digital marketing to design engaging and seamless digital experiences from Qlik’s live chat software through to sales 
  • Construct project plans that demonstrate how programs align with business goals, manage execution, and communicate the results to key stakeholders 
  • Assists in various Demand Center projects as needed 

 

Skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with B2B demand generation, digital marketing, sales enablement, business development, or marketing operations 
  • Experience in/knowledge of software or related tech industry 
  • Hands-on problem solver with an analytic mindset 
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills  
  • Strong focus on execution and attention to detail 
  • Ability to use and quickly learn new CRM and MAP systems, Marketing and Sales SaaS applications, and Qlik analytical apps 
  • Salesforce and Customer Engagement Platform experience such as Salesloft or Outreach is a plus 
  • Functional understanding of intent-data and predictive analytics 
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally within an organization, including across regions 
  • Can work independently and meet deadlines under pressure 
  • Strong presentation/communication skills 
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 
  • Agile self-starter and proactive 
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
