The Marketing Team
 

The Global Marketing Organization is responsible for driving demand for Qlik’s products and solutions, helping Sales open the door into net new accounts, and expanding Qlik’s presence within the existing customer base.


The Global Programs Marketing Manager role:

 

The Global Programs Marketing Manager will drive the execution of Qlik’s global programs designed to help Qlik and our partners acquire net-new customers and build new pipeline.

 

This role is responsible for end-to-end management and execution of programs such as global campaigns, sales plays, nurture programs, and targeted account programs. This includes defining the bill of materials, creating materials to support each program, coordinating closely with key stakeholders, preparing communications, conducting program enablement, and tracking/reporting results.

 

The role is both strategic and tactical and requires a flexible and adaptive approach. The ideal candidate is a dynamic collaborator who can successfully work in a matrix-based global organization to drive results and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely across marketing (product, operations, corporate, field, and partner) sales, and media/creative agencies.

This position sits within Global Programs team and offers exposure to various functions across the company and will have tremendous impact for Qlik. 

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Development and project management of programs from creation to reporting on results
    • Maintain accurate project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks when needed
    • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop content specific to each program, including creative, call to action offers, enablement materials, and training
    • Continually refine the content and execution strategy
    • Manage vendor deliverables and quality
    • Package and deliver program materials to key stakeholders on time to ensure successful execution and enablement, both internally and through our partners
    • Participate in core team calls to update key stakeholders
  • Program Enablement and Rollout
    • Provide ongoing communications cadence of program updates, milestones, etc. to stakeholders
    • Provide content and materials for internal site(s) to support rolling out new programs
    • Participate and facilitate enablement sessions for each major program
  • Results and Reporting
    • Set global and regional program targets for each program in coordination with manager and marketing operations
    • Analyze, report, and optimize program results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
    • Regularly communicate program updates and results via email, meetings, newsletter updates, etc.

 

You must have the following skills and qualifications to be considered for this role:

 

  • University degree or its equivalent in education
  • 6-8 years of relevant professional B2B technology/software experience driving successful integrated marketing programs globally
  • Strong preference for individuals with experience and familiarity with data analytics/data integration technologies
  • Metrics driven and results oriented with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several workflows simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented and can think clearly
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Openminded and innovative— always open to new ideas, approaches and feedback
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated while navigating competing demands
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to communicate at many levels including strategies, messaging, plans, activities, metrics, etc.
  • Positive and forward thinking. Displays passion and excitement for serving internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects

  • Experience working with and overseeing creative/media agencies
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce.com, 6sense and Marketo preferred)

 

This Location for this role is/are:

 

  • USA – King of Prussia/Philadelphia preferred
  • Remote considered for highly qualified candidate
