The QA Engineer (Innovation) Role

As a QA engineer focusing on innovation, you'll be part of a fast-moving team driving innovation and initiating new products within an experienced and mature organization. This position is ideal for QA engineers seeking a new challenge and looking to expand their expertise beyond traditional QA tasks.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing (QA).
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently as the sole QA in a team, taking ownership of testing, investigating issues, proposing solutions, and driving them to completion.
• Solid technical background with expertise in different architectures, system analysis and creative problem-solving skills. Windows and Linux knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases with knowledge of data integration techniques and tools.
• Quick learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches and to react quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured and methodical approach.
• Excellent teamwork, strong interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with an ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas in a group.
• Fluency in English.

Advantage Skills:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, microservice architecture, dockers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (such as AWS) and API testing.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java, JavaScript.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working in Innovation teams or startups and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Kfar Saba - Israel (hybrid position)
