The Senior Culture and Talent Business Partner Role

 

As a Senior CTBP, you will play a pivotal role in our global organization, serving as a strategic advisor to align our business objectives with our people strategy. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive initiatives across talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organization design, change management, engagement, and coaching. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to lead impactful HR strategies.

 

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Lead & execute the HR agenda and strategy within designated functions
  • Partner with business leaders at all levels to foster a culture of engagement, performance and alignment with Qlik values
  • Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices and initiatives, including coaching leaders and managers, building winning teams, managing performance and compensation processes, succession planning, employee engagement, career management, workforce planning, learning, employee relations and more
  • Participate in the Qlik onboarding program by delivering sessions to new hires and by contributing to our evolving program
  • Assess ongoing organizational & people implications, implementing tailored HR approaches
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong relationships with senior leaders to influence key priorities
  • Strengthen the leadership team of each organization by providing coaching and development to senior leaders
  • Engage with the employees to understand and improve the employee experience and facilitate the organization’s culture and engagement strategies. Support leaders in delivering on engagement actions as a result of feedback from Peakon.
  • Establish a communication cadence with leaders of the function to understand the needs of each unit and how they tie into the overall needs of the functions’ strategy
  • Partner to design and implement organizational change that aligns with business objectives. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure adoption
  • Lead complex Human Resources initiatives such as leader enablement, talent assessment & management, organizational design, and compensation planning
  • Drive annual HR programs including talent review, reward and recognition programs and performance management
  • Collaborate with COEs and regional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of human resources processes and programs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and provide proactive solutions that drive business results

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field; Professional HR qualification is desirable
  • A minimum of 8 years of previous experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology or a global environment.
  • Proven experience in integrating acquired companies, particularly in the technology sector is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experience with interpreting data and trends to draw conclusions and drive business recommendations.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000USD to $180,000 per year. There is no corporate bonus plan for this role. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and

other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
