The Regional Director, Benelux Role       
        
As a Regional Sales Director and team member of our extremely talented Benelux team at Qlik, you will have significant impact on our company’s growth and success. This position is a critical sales leadership role within the EMEA North business and pivotal to ensure the Benelux teams meet the expectations set out in the next phase of growth and will deliver/exceed the revenue goals of the business. You will be reporting into the Regional VP EMEA North.

  •  You will be applying the company's strategy, adapting it locally to the specific characteristics of the Benelux market.
  •  Working with the sales team and partners to define the best sales strategy.
  •  Working closely with the marketing team to develop the Qlik brand and generate pipeline for the sales team.
  •  Become the owner of the success of the region.
        
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:       
        
  •  Meet or exceed revenue targets as directed by corporate initiatives.
  •  Ensure that a strong pipeline is built and managed throughout the business unit.
  •  Management Reviews & Reporting in close alignment within the regional Qlik leadership, including:
    •        Annual Territory & Business planning
    •        Quarterly QBR’s
    •        Bi-weekly Pipeline reviews
    •        Weekly Forecasting
  •  Recruit, onboard, coach, direct and manage Account Executives for the business unit.
  •  Prospecting for new clients, building a cohesive team including corporate marketing, pre, and post sales consultants, value engineering, business development and Partner team.
  •  Lead and coach sales team in developing prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales throughout your sales region.
  •  Willing to be a coach Account Executives in negotiations and execution but also participate directly where needed.    
We’re looking for a teammate with:       
        
  •  Proven experience of building and managing high performance teams with a reputation for being a role model in people management and operational excellence.
  •  Experience in managing teams with different levels of seniority.
  •  Understanding of the complexity in managing a territory which includes Direct Accounts but also Partner Leads initiatives.
  •  Desire to lead “from the front” by actively engage in customer meetings and calls.
  •  Expert in coaching individuals and extended teams through the sales cycle.
  •  Experienced in selling solutions rather than products (identifying true business pain, explain ROI and TCO, understand how to identify stakeholders and coach other to do so etc.)
  •  Willing to be a coach to the sales reps in negotiations, but also to participate directly in important accounts.
  •  Experienced in selling software solutions to large and mid-size companies within the enterprise integration Infrastructure & business intelligence software and/or enterprise applications markets.
