The Quote to Cash & Renewals Specialist Role

 

Qlik is looking for a Quote to Cash & Renewals Specialist to join their Quote to Cash Team in King of Prussia, PA. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing orders, maintenance renewals, and other customer requests for a selected number of enterprise customers in North and South America.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

Order Processing

  • Responsible for reviewing contracts and processing new and add-on software purchases in Salesforce.
  • Working with the Sales Team on Quoting and Order processing. 
  • Ensure that Software Agreements and Orders meet Revenue Recognition requirements.
  • Analyze customer contracts in light of policies to validate that the structure of pricing and licensing are consistent with price lists and company policies. 
  • Invoice and proper delivery of documents to Qlik’s Partners and Clients to ensure timely payment

Maintenance renewals

  • Responsible for preparing and sending out renewal quotes, reminders, and invoices in accordance with Qlik’s 120-90-30 process.
  • Work with assigned customers, sales reps, and credit and collections to accommodate special billing instructions to ensure prompt payment of the renewal invoice.
  • Respond to customer inquiries as it pertains to maintenance amounts, license ownership, purchase history, inventory etc.
  • Provide customers with quotes for Enterprise level support, Dual Use, conversion to Subscription.

Account Management

  • Serve as a business partner for the account and work with field sales representatives, sales management, and the support organization to build relationships and expedite the resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Responsible for addressing license management requests i.e. remixes, conversions, and license and maintenance transfers.
  •  Maintain accurate master data and document customer records in the ERP database.
  • Setting up payment hubs, completing vendor forms and collaborating with customers to accommodate their payment requirements.

Reporting

  • Prepare a month-end status report of applicable accounts regarding renewal status, new software transactions, license transfers/remixes, and other client-related changes.
  • Reporting any accounts at risk to senior management and working with our internal customers to resolve the matter.
  • Updating forecast filing weekly for senior management.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

  • BS/BA Finance/Accounting preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • SalesForce and NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Customer service skills and time management for urgent requests over the phone and by email

 

The location for this role is:

 

  • USA- King of Prussia, PA Hybrid in office 2-3 days in the office (Wednesday is a must)

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $USD 55,00065,000 per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
