The Global Event Operations & Communications Co-Op Role
As a Global Event Communications Co-Op, you’ll gain hands-on experience working across Qlik’s Global Marketing, Product Business Unit, and Customer Success teams. You’ll play a key role in planning, preparing, and executing Qlik Connect 2026, our flagship global user conference.
This role sits within the Content Solutions & Operations team in Integrated Marketing, where you’ll support global and regional events, manage content and communications, and help bring Qlik’s go-to-market strategy to life. You’ll be the primary point of contact for all breakout program communications—enabling speakers, internal teams, customers, and partners. It’s a high-visibility role with exposure to Qlik leadership and industry professionals, plus a unique opportunity to grow your professional network.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Support event planning, coordination, and reporting for Qlik Connect
- Manage communications and knowledge-sharing across a dynamic global organization
- Analyze and share event insights using Qlik’s own analytics and AI products
- Drive program debriefs to evaluate success and recommend improvements
- Strengthen project management skills while delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Enhance public speaking skills as part of Qlik Orators, our Toastmasters club
- Help optimize event operations, communications, content creation, and
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High technical acumen; proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Candidates must be a current student

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $19.00USD MIN – 24.00MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
