The Director, Field Marketing - EMEA North Role
Are you ready to lead and inspire a team of talented marketers across multiple countries? As the Head of Field Marketing for the North EMEA region at Qlik, you'll drive strategic marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with our corporate strategy. You'll manage budgets, support the execution of marketing plans with operational excellence, and be a key strategic business partner for regional leaders. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing field marketing plans that fuel our growth and market leadership.

- Pipeline Management: Establish and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline creation, analysis, and campaign performance, contributing to the overall success of the region.
- Brand and Footprint Growth: Play a crucial role in building Qlik's brand and footprint through effective field strategies, lead generation, and sales enablement.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Field Marketing Experience: Proven expertise in field marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, and new logo acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Budget Management Skills: Strong experience in managing budgets across multiple countries or regions, particularly in the SaaS/Cloud industry.
- Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional team leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse, multicultural team.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to drive decision-making and measure success.
- Influence and Collaboration: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a matrix environment.
- Adaptability: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic Vision: The ability to drive discipline and transformation, leveraging expertise to enhance the North EMEA Demand Marketing function.
