The Senior OEM Solution Architect Role

 

Become a key player at Qlik as an Senior OEM Solution Architect, delivering top-tier technical support and driving the success of our business within the OEM sector.

 

Your expertise will help us achieve our business objectives, increase market share, and surpass revenue targets by providing exceptional presales technical support.

 

What makes this role interesting?

 

You’ll have the opportunity to engage in dynamic and varied projects, from remote and live presentations to developing POCs (Proof of Concept) within customer environments. Collaborate closely with the sales team, taking a lead role in both business and technical aspects of the sales process for all customer engagements.

 

You'll manage presales client engagement projects, ensuring seamless integration and implementation, all while enhancing your skills and knowledge in integration and web technologies.

 

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Perform compelling remote and live presentations, and create POCs within customer environments, showcasing the best of Qlik’s offerings.
  • Develop Customer Proposals: Craft customer proposals, demos, and best practices with a strong focus on integration and OEM, demonstrating your technical prowess.
  • Lead Technical Sales Processes: Partner effectively with the sales team to play a pivotal role in the sales process, ensuring technical excellence in all customer engagements and deals.
  • Manage Client Engagements: Oversee presales client engagement projects from a technical standpoint, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster Trust and Credibility: Become a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in Qlik’s capabilities.
  • Leverage Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep technical experience in integration, web technologies, and Qlik’s suite of products to position and demonstrate our data integration portfolio effectively.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Translate customer pains into viable business solutions, maximizing the potential to sell and ensuring customer success.
  • Drive Results: Be self-driven and results-oriented, taking ownership of your role and pushing for success in every project and engagement.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • University degree in Computer Science.
  • Database / security / software engineering qualifications.
  • 6+ years’ experience in programming and web technologies like JavaScript (Angular.JS, D3, jQuery, Node.JS), CSS, HTML, Python, PHP, SQL.
  • 6+ years’ experience in integration technologies and programming with API´s.
  • Strong background and experience in architecture, infrastructure and security concepts.
  • Experienced in working with large data environments and knowledge of data modelling.
  • Experience with Data integration is an advantage.
  • Successful enterprise-type software sales experience.
  • Presales experience focused on enterprise organizations.
  • Business Intelligence, Data Visualization experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with one of more of QlikView, Qlik Sense Client Managed, Qlik Cloud, Qlik Talend Cloud or Qlik Embed is required.
  • Occasional travel further afield.
  • Business level English.
  • Italian language is required
