The Business Operations Analyst Role

- Drive process improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop metrics that not only measure processes but also provide insights for future improvements.
- Lead transformative programs, virtual teams, and manage risks and dependencies.
- Define project success criteria, align goals, and manage expectations across diverse functional teams.
- Document and analyze existing processes, providing a clear roadmap for enhancements.
- Communicate project status, resource capabilities, and recommendations to the management team.
- Conduct project postmortems, learning from both successful and unsuccessful elements.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- 5 Years of Experience: In project management, operations, or communications.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: A solid ability to drive resolutions in diverse, ambiguous settings.
- Collaborative Approach: Work seamlessly with global cross-functional teams.
- Influential Communication: Effectively communicate with technical and business experts at all levels.
- Confident Personality: Proven interpersonal skills with a track record for influencing beyond your span of control.
- Technical Background: Familiarity with middleware products like big data, data integration, cloud, and application integration technologies.
- Customer Engagement Experience: A background in successfully managing customer engagements.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present complex ideas with clarity.
- Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Motivational Skills: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve shared goals.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 94,930.00.00USD MIN – 130,000.00MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
