As a Client Success Manager, you will bring value & success to our partners by following/executing standard process workflows. You’ll have the opportunity to work on the latest product responsible for transforming PulsePoint from an adtech company to a data company. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with Publishers and Brands, and influence key decision makers by analyzing and presenting actionable data insights which help make them look like rockstars in their organizations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Help clients with integrations and onboarding
  • Publisher/SSP launches
  • DSP launches/integrations
  • Understand client use case for Signal, an AWARD-WINNING product having won a Martech Breakthrough Award and a finalist for the PM360 Trailblazer Award, It's the only health analytics and measurement solution that provides a complete, always on view of HCP audience engagement across all digital channels
  • Create a Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for every Signal client
  • Configure a pixel per the SAP
  • Ensure that client has implemented the pixel correctly and data is being stored as planned
  • Analyze data and show value to the client
  • Ensure client is able to use the data and is satisfied with the product
  • Be the Product Expert - answer all and any technical questions about data and product that the client may have

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2+ years of experience in Client Success team as individual contributor 
  • Must be willing and able to work 9am-6pm ET (7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST)
  • Experience with programmatic integrations, header bidding, OpenRTB, etc.
  • Experience with operational tasks like discrepancy analysis, tag setups, reporting
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Private Marketplace Deals
  • Data Analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills a must 
  • Experience with SA 360, Campaign Manager, Tag Manager; certification preferred
  • Good to have - SQL knowledge and previous experience in SaaS products
  • Comfortable working with Director+ levels clients via emails and calls
