PulsePoint is growing, and we’re looking for an awesome Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!

Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.

Your Mission: As a Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll build our customer marketing efforts via engagement campaigns and uncover new ways to engage and nurture our customer base's understanding of our product to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and maintain engagement, referral and advocacy programs that influence clients to recommend us to other teams,  increasing market/agency penetration and revenue
  • Drive customer engagement and loyalty campaign strategy and execution, to increase CLTV
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Work with marketing automation, sales and AM teams to target and engage happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
  • Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training to increase NPS

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business
  • 6+ years previous Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Salesforce and Pardot
  • 4+ years experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales processes
  • Must be located in the New York Metropolitan area

  • Customer marketers are human bridges. These personable, outgoing marketers are effective communicators who act as a liaison between customers and the rest of the organization. While they need to be able to work independently, they know the importance of collaborating with other departments to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals.
