Solutions Enablement Lead, AdTech/Programmatic
Description
Solutions Enablement Lead
About PulsePoint
PulsePoint is a fast-growing healthcare technology company (with adtech roots) using real-time data to transform healthcare. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.
About the Role
We're seeking a Solutions Enablement Lead to bridge the gap between our technical products and customer success. This role combines technical expertise, customer advocacy, and cross-functional leadership to ensure our solutions teams have the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Challenge We're Solving
Our rapid growth has created both a capability gap and a capacity constraint. We need a leader who can bring deeper AdTech and cross-functional expertise to scope, execute, and scale complex initiatives—while reducing the organizational risk of having a single point of failure for critical partnerships and integrations.
What You'll Manage
You'll lead a newly consolidated Solutions Enablement team that unifies two critical functions:
Deal Team
- Ensures Life DSP deals (PMPs, PG, Curated Markets) launch and spend successfully
Supply Integration Team
- Oversees supply integrations and inventory performance to ensure demand partners can transact efficiently and error-free
This consolidation creates a unified customer-facing technical organization that can move faster, share knowledge more effectively, and deliver seamless solutions across the deal lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Strategic Partnership Management
- Own execution for major partnerships
- Serve as primary product liaison for enterprise partners, ensuring technical integration success and business value delivery while creating a feedback loop
- Drive partnership development, including orchestration capabilities and infrastructure
- Manage DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) product combining Creative ID with ad server capabilities for personalized advertising at scale
- Handle seller-specific integration requests, including HIPAA-compliant pixel implementations and custom technical requirements
- Support custom client needs involving external platforms and ecosystems
Cross-Portfolio Technical Leadership
- Provide technical support for IB properties on initiatives outside standard Product team scope
- Coordinate resources and timelines for projects spanning multiple business units
- Act as product bridge between portfolio companies and core PulsePoint platform
Team Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing team that balances deal support with technical integration expertise
- Foster collaboration between Deal and Supply Integration functions to create operational synergies
- Develop team capabilities in AdTech, cross-functional project management, and enterprise partnership execution
- Create scalable processes and documentation that reduce dependency on individual contributors
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in AdTech, with deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, supply-side platforms, DSPs, and ad serving technologies
- 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading technical or solutions teams
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise partnerships and technical integrations
- Strong understanding of privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and their implications for ad tech implementations
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and creative personalization technologies
- Background in both buy-side and sell-side ad tech ecosystems
- Previous experience at a portfolio company or working across multiple business units
- Technical fluency (SQL, APIs, data analysis) with ability to dive into implementation details when needed
- History of building scalable processes and reducing single points of failure
Success Traits
- Technical depth meets business acumen: You can speak the language of engineers while translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Ownership mindset: You don't wait for perfect clarity—you scope ambiguous problems, rally resources, and drive to completion
- Customer-centric problem solver: You advocate for partners and customers while balancing internal constraints and priorities
- Builder and optimizer: You see gaps in processes and proactively create systems that scale
- Collaborative leader: You know when to lead, when to facilitate, and when to escalate—and you build trust across all levels
