Business Analyst:
We’re looking for a proactive Business Analyst to support our team by documenting and shaping business requirements, ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders, and providing additional bandwidth to our current strategy and operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, translating complex needs into clear documentation, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Document business processes, requirements, and project updates with clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across groups, managing communication and expectations effectively. This role is on the PulsePoint IBIQ team, but will be working closely with senior leaders at WebMD and Medscape.
- Work closely with technical teams, translating requirements into actionable tickets and tasks using Jira and similar platforms.
- Support data-driven decision making with SQL queries and analysis where required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment using Jira or other ticketing/communication tools.
- Moderate technical skills, particularly SQL, to support data analysis and problem-solving.
- A team player who thrives on organisation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across different departments and levels.
- Project management skills.
- Adtech or pharma experience preferred.

- Location: U.S. or the UK. We are open to hiring this as hybrid in our Newark office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102) or fully remote
- Hours: 9am-6pm ET or 9am-6pm UK hours

Target salary range: $80k-95k base + 8-9.5k bonus in the U.S. or £40-50k base + 4-5k bonus in the UK
