We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable programmatic and DSP training lead to design and deliver client-facing education across the programmatic ecosystem and PulsePoint DSP. This hybrid role will combine curriculum development with in-person and virtual training delivery, enabling both new and existing clients to fully leverage our platform for health/pharma campaigns.

Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and own the PulsePoint DSP curriculum for both internal and external audiences
- Build and launch role-based training modules (i.e. Trader, Strategist, Sales, etc.), covering:
- Programmatic fundamentals
- LIFE Activation
- Healthcare & Pharma specific topics
- Lead training sessions, webinars, and client roadshows, both virtually and in-person
- Partner with Platform, Product, and AM teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of training content
- Design certification programs to validate client and partner proficiency on PulsePoint’s platform
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy to ensure pull-through of release content into enablement material
- Design a measurement method for training impact (i.e. through participant feedback, knowledge checks, and adoption metrics)
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in a DSP agency, or training/enablement role
- Deep understanding of campaign activation workflows and trading logic
- Strong grasp of healthcare/pharma programmatic advertising and Life data application
- Demonstrated experience building training or onboarding content
- Confident presenter with experience leading training in group settings (remote and live)
- Self-starter with project management skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with LMS platforms and certification tools is a plus

Target salary range: $90k-100k base + incentive plan
