What You’ll be Doing:

  • Monitor Antivirus logs and follow up on findings
  • Monitor FW logs, develop new alerts, and follow up on findings
  • Monitor splunk logs,  develop new alerts, and follow up on findings.
  • Ensure required endpoint agents are installed and operating as expected.
  • Monitor and remediate inventory integrations
  • Follow up on open Linux OS vulnerability tickets with Server team
  • Follow up on open Image vulnerability tickets with Dev teams
  • Help Windows Server team with Window patching
  • Monitor license utilizations across the tools and get quotes as needed.
  • Tier 1 triage vulnerabilities in the infrastructure team’s tools & equipment
  • Tier 1 VPN and 2FA support
  • Follow up on Security Awareness training non-compliance
  • Documentation maintenance
  • Create weekly/monthly/quarterly trending reports on vulnerability patching SLA

What We’re Looking For:

  • Antivirus technologies
  • SIEM (Splunk, ELK)
  • Working familiarity with Windows, Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu/Debian), MacOS
  • NextGen Firewalls L4-L7
  • TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
  • SQL Queries
  • Switching / Routing  fundamentals
  • Bash / Python / PowerShell Scripting
