Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Quality to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our supply chain, marketplaces, and supply partnerships. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our platform, enhancing advertiser satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising, supply chain dynamics, and quality assurance processes, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply quality strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the integrity of the marketplace by implementing robust verification processes for supply partners, including onboarding, monitoring, and continuous performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key supply partners to foster transparency, collaboration, and aligned outcomes.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze supply quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks related to supply quality and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, to enhance supply quality initiatives and drive marketplace performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact supply quality and marketplace dynamics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team focused on supply quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply quality performance, marketplace trends, and inventory metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on supply quality, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall marketplace performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply quality, marketplace quality, or inventory management within the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of DSP/SSP operations, programmatic advertising, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Has experience working at a DSP (preferred) or SSP.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance programs and processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to digital advertising and supply quality.
Time zone: 
  • 9am-6pm ET preferred, but also open to PT/MT/CT hours

Target salary range:  $125-140k base + $12.5-14k bonus, can be flexible for the right person

  • Initial Phone Screen (30 mins)
  • Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins)
  • Interview with Sr. Director, Technical Client Success (30 mins)
What are ‘red flags’ for us:
Candidates won’t succeed here if they haven’t worked closely with data sets or have simply translated requirements created by others into SQL without a deeper understanding of how the data impacts our business and, in turn, our clients’ success metrics.
