PulsePoint is growing, and we’re looking for an awesome Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team!

We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.

Your Mission: As a Field Marketing Manager,  you will develop and execute PulsePoint’s in market promotional strategy that gets our brand and products in  direct view of our target demographics – including online and offline events like customer town halls, webinars, event sponsorships  – with a focus on attendee experience, business impact and ROI.

This position will have end-to-end responsibility for external sponsorships and internal programs and events that go beyond awareness-building to digging deeper into the middle and bottom of the funnel.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Telling the brand story by creating various types of content, including emails, landing pages, webinars, case studies, and blog posts
  • Plan, execute, and handle all aspects of industry sponsorships/events including event budget management, coordination of logistics, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and attendee management 
    • Own event strategy for key industry sponsorships (Digital Pharma East, PHM HealthFronts, DigiPharma Connect, Advertising Week, DMEXCO etc)
    • Work with Customer Marketing Manager and PMMs to produce quarterly client webinar/roundtable series 
    • Manage logistics for internal lunch and learn program for PulsePoint, WebMD, Medscape and Internet brands 
  • Plan and execute the pre, during, and post event nurture and engagement programs
  • Define event metrics and performance targets and connect to business results 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of related field, event and demand gen marketing experience for a B2B company
  • Experience in digital and hybrid event development
  • Experience managing site/vendor selection, RFP creation and management and site inspections
  • Experience with registration and other event management platforms and apps
  • Knowledge of Pardot, Hubspot and Salesforce a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent post-event reporting and analytics skills
  • Ability to think creatively and deliver a “WOW” event experience
