Role: Technical Partner Manager
As a Technical Partner Manager, you will drive value and success for our publisher partners by executing streamlined technical workflows. You will serve as the primary bridge between our technology and our partners’ business objectives, gaining hands-on experience within the programmatic health ecosystem. You will analyze partner performance data and deliver actionable recommendations that improve inventory efficiency, drive results, and support long-term partner success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for new and existing publishers, guiding them through platform integrations and onboarding.

  • Lead the launch of new publishers, ensuring technical alignment and proactive troubleshooting to minimize time-to-market.

  • Launch and troubleshoot Private Marketplace (PMP) deals to ensure high delivery standards and optimal performance.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on PulsePoint’s platform, data architecture, and product suite, addressing complex technical inquiries with clarity and confidence.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to translate partner needs into effective technical solutions.

  • Support partners with brand safety and traffic quality–related issues.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3–4 years of experience in client success, technical account management, or partner-facing roles within the programmatic ecosystem as an individual contributor.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of programmatic integrations, including Header Bidding, OpenRTB protocols, and the execution of PMP deals.

  • Analytical Rigor: Comfortable performing discrepancy analyses, managing different integration setups, and translating raw performance data into executive-level insights.

  • Operational Excellence: Proven experience handling operational workflows such as reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization support.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to engage Director-level and above stakeholders, explaining complex technical challenges in a business-relevant way.

  • Work Shift: Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) to support primary markets.
Nice to Have
  • Working knowledge of SQL

  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products

  • Familiarity with brand safety, IVT, and ad quality vendors
