PulsePoint is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our brilliant Operations team! We want someone who is excited to help our clients understand the realities of adtech and programmatic and most importantly provide solutions which help make their lives easier!

PulsePoint is a fast-growing healthcare technology company (with adtech roots) using real-time data to transform healthcare. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.


  • Provide technical solutions to AMs and CMs to solve issues and answer questions submitted via a JIRA queue
  • Uncover tech issues on existing accounts (e.g. poor fill rate, poor match rate, missing bid floors etc)
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to help them succeed with their goals and achieve highest level of client satisfaction
  • Work with clients on technical integration – Header Bidder, API, Tag
  • Represent the team and hence PulsePoint in industry groups – IAB tech lab, working groups, Ad Ops forums
  • Work with other teams, within and outside of Operations (BD, Data Science etc) to identify best practices and assist the growth of PulsePoint products and define practical processes



  • Experience with technical integrations (Header bidding and open rtb) and familiarity with adtech terms like Fraud, IVT, Brand Safety, discrepancy is a plus
  • Great team player attitude, Willing-ness to teach, passion for problem solving, identifying patterns and coming up with product ideas or process ideas
  • Problem solving and familiarity with ticketing system like JIRA / Zendesk / ASANA / Cases (SF) is mandatory
  • Ability to isolate clients’ key business questions, gather requirements, and create required documentation
  • SQL knowledge for report querying a plus
