Summary
3Wire Service is growing its field service team and is seeking candidates for its training program. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills with a desire to learn how to diagnose and repair commercial restaurant equipment. Candidates must have strong communication and follow-up skills. The successful candidates will enter the technician training program as on the job training. This position reports to the Lead Technician. They are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing cooking equipment at our customer locations. Our technicians also provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and responds to emergency service calls on equipment including ovens, fryers, steamers, warmers, dish cleaning equipment and more.
Minimum Requirements
- Technical or mechanical experience a plus
- Strong electrical and electronic skills
- Moderate IT/computer skills
- Exceptional integrity
- Self-starter
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Install, Troubleshoot, Diagnose, and Repair Commercial Cooking Equipment
- Treat customers and employees with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
- Order Parts and Complete Required Paperwork
- Attend Training Sessions
