Summary:
A commercial Kitchen repair company is looking for a high energy, self starter to fill the position of Service A/R Admin clerk in our Tampa FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of our service technicians to service our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls from our customers
- Responding to Online Service Requests
- Handling A/R Branch Collections
- Review technician work orders for accuracy
- Assist with timely and accurate billing
Key Qualifications:
- Prior dispatch experience a plus .
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a high paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English Language skills is helpful.
