We have an Excellent opportunity as a Branch Manager Area, with a Parts and Electro/Mechanical Equipment Service Organization.
The Branch Manager position has responsibility for the management of sales, profit center and employee development. Customer service excellence and priority to safety is a must. Responsible for Direct Supervision of service Technicians, parts staff and all operations of the branch.
Minimum Qualifications: High School, AA or higher college
*3 plus years work experience in a related service industry
*3 plus years of management or supervisory experience
*Drug Free and Clear Driving record
Skills, Abilities Responsibilities:
Organize, direct, and motivate all branch team members.
Maintain, encourage, and implement SAFETY as our #1 priority.
Demonstrate customer service skills, including resolution of customer complaints, conflicts and ensuring exceptional Service quality.
Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and power point. Ability to learn business systems.
Intermediate Math skills in for the position.
Plan and estimate service jobs and quotes.
Identify, analyze, and correct operational problems at the branch level.
Forecast Business activity and maintain branch operating budget.
Coordinate and execute Branch sales efforts.
Implement all necessary operational procedures as determined by Vice President
Manage and maintain accurate and correct inventory at optimal levels.
Oversee the branch fleet resources, maintenance.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, decisions in a high-pressure environment.
