The Global Quality Manager will lead the Provisur Quality program through the development, deployment and maintenance of standard operating procedures across the organization. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will play a pivotal role in developing programs with business stakeholders to establish Provisur as a Quality First organization. Your responsibilities will encompass providing expert guidance, leadership, and coaching, while also overseeing project management for quality support within operational functions.   

   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Collaborate with global process leaders and cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and document standard operating procedures using various analysis methods such as document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain company-wide standard operating procedures, addressing issues reported by manufacturing, installation teams, and customer service. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, developing corrective/preventative actions.
  • Support business stakeholders and executive management in identifying and prioritizing process improvement opportunities, reporting on programs and achievements. Benchmark and ensure the implementation of best practices across multiple locations and cultures.
  • Educate and train plant personnel on recommended quality control, equipment calibration, general operating procedures, and housekeeping practices. Identify training needs and organize training sessions to meet quality standards.
  • Support existing and newly acquired companies in implementing corporate standards.
  • Develop and implement efficiencies to enhance workflow.
  • Oversee the training, development, and evaluation of assigned staff, fostering smooth teamwork with other functions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage approved budgets effectively and optimize the work of assigned departments appropriately.
  • Generate and gather continuous improvement ideas from your team and develop implementation plans.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with our Principles & Values and all company policies and procedures.

Who You Are:  

  • Experienced in leading large-scale organizational change efforts  
  • Skilled in managing large, complex projects involving multiple functional areas and locations for implementation  
  • Proficient in fundamental project management tools such as project planning (e.g., Gantt charts, RACI, etc.)  
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills  
  • Uphold high standards of professional ethics and business conduct  
  • Capable of effectively collaborating with all levels of employees and management  
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, organization, cooperativeness, personability, and ability to work well independently or in a collaborative team environment

What You’ll Need:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Operations, or related)  
  • 8 years of related experience building and working in a Quality environment, leading problem-solving and quality initiatives in a manufacturing setting  
  • 3 years in a leadership role with a track record of accomplishment and success  
  • Certification in process improvement techniques, including Six Sigma or Lean Sigma methods and tools (DMAIC)  
  • Project Management training or certification preferred
