The Senior Cost Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing analytical processes, systems, and reporting tools to support business growth. You will play a key role in overseeing the financial performance of various locations, business units, product lines, and operating expenses at Provisur.
 
What You’ll do:   
  • Coordinate and manage key financial resources, developing and implementing advanced applications and reports for targeted business segments or opportunities.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports, investigating variances and recommending improvements to ensure accuracy and enhance financial performance.
  • Review and optimize ERP and financial systems to ensure efficient configurations, accurate data, and effective business rules. Implement process improvements or system upgrades as needed. 
  • Ensure proper internal controls and procedures for transactions and reporting, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial data.
  • Implement periodic review processes to assess the reasonableness of margins for locations, business units, and product lines based on revenue and costs.
  • Maintain financial databases, key performance indicators, and reporting templates, recommending and applying changes to improve the accuracy and impact of financial information.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, with a major in Accounting or Finance. CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance or related  or a related business function. 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems with the ability to adapt to new tools as needed.
  • Effective time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications

$72,000 - $90,00 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
