Our Aftermarket Parts Manager is responsible for the commercialization of aftermarket part sales for the Americas markets. This position will lead a team of both inside and outside Customer Service Representatives to drive profitable revenue through aftermarket parts, preventative maintenance kits and equipment modernization solutions. Additionally, you will focus on pricing maintenance, promotions, buying inserts-yes/no, marketing, tooling, system data maintenance, marketing/promotion and product life cycle management. The position will support the annual planning and budget process, analyze trends (e.g., inserts with specific customers), and recommend course corrections to help the business meet or exceed the plan. You will work closely with inventory control to maximize order fulfillment rates. You will develop and deliver customer communications associated with part obsolescence and the accompanying new solutions and upgrades that will ensure trouble-free operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide leadership and direction to the aftermarket sales team to optimize revenue volume and profitability and motivate the team to raise the overall level of customer intimacy and satisfaction.
- Consistent, insightful and knowledgeable customer consultation to improve inventory management and equipment performance.
- Maintain various price lists, pricing rules, discount programs, and customer buying agreements. Will manage price adjustments and customer notifications as required.
- Understand the market environments, monitor trends, and changing customer requirements, carefully monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to counter.
- Create and update market data including size, share, and trends annually.
- Coordinate with the engineering and sourcing teams, market and promote new, value added product replacements for planned parts and software obsolescence.
- In coordination with the Technical Service Manager, organize and define aftermarket products including; kits, upgrades, rebuilds, conversions, and services.
- Establish and develop value propositions and aftermarket support tools.
- Manage product line MARCOM activities within the annual budget.
- A customer-oriented manager who demonstrates a “can-do/will-do” approach
- A strong leader with an ability to lead growth initiatives at the customer leveraging our technical and service team

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Finance
- MBA is a plus
- Dutch, French, and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
- 5 years of experience in aftermarket part sales within capital equipment manufacturing
- Food equipment experience and industry sector experience are a plus
