Our Manufacturing Sales Representative focus on aftermarket sales assisting customers in all phases of application and technical problem prevention and solution. They meet their goals by consulting with and training customer personnel for maximum performance from equipment, solving equipment problems, and quoting and presenting repair parts and aftermarket proposals.
 
   

What You'll Do:    

  • Management of key and target accounts in assigned region. Regularly review, analyze and track competitor equipment and parts; Provisur aftermarket parts pricing; Provisur aftermarket sales forecast; and Provisur installed base.
  • Retain and recover aftermarket business for assigned region and accounts by developing call plans and customer meetings that promote and demonstrate the value of Provisur products and services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze customer sales trends and competitive activity.
  • Perform visual equipment inspections, parts room audits and meet with key customer personnel to ensure customer satisfaction on each customer visit.
  • Meet or exceed target customer visits in assigned region preparing call reports communicating Provisur equipment in use, aftermarket sales opportunities, competitive activity, performance issues with Provisur products and services with action items and assignments, and equipment leads.
  • Manage buying agreements, volume discounts and rebate programs on assigned accounts.
  • Work with Provisur Service to quote and sell established service plans.

What You’ll Need:    

  • Sales experience of technical parts and services
  • Five years of technical customer service experience at Provisur or equivalent.
  • Three years of field experience, to include mechanical assembly, hydraulic, electrical and electronics on related Provisur equipment or equivalent.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate using proven and approved methods.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to read technical instruction manuals, schematics and parts illustrations.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
  • Proficiency using MS Office and ERP systems.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus knowledge of a related specialized field.
