The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This role involves managing daily activities such as scheduling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment. This role will help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of material movement and documentation, manages supply levels, and supports logistics coordination. In addition to operational duties, this role includes hiring, training, and developing warehouse staff to support a high-performing team and continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Maintain an organized warehouse by ensuring efficient material storage, timely location changes, and accurate receipt and shipment of goods.
  • Oversee shipment requirements and expedite orders to support high on-time delivery rates and strong customer service.
  • Schedule and monitor daily work activities to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Review manufacturing orders upon receipt to verify materials are issued and operations are completed as required.
  • Train, develop, and manage employee performance within the department.
  • Control costs by minimizing overtime, material waste, and scrap, while optimizing efficiency and utilization.
  • Prepare shipping quotes for equipment and parts orders received by the assigned location.
  • Ensure a safe, secure work environment by establishing, communicating, and enforcing warehouse standards.
  • Manage logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain inventory of packaging supplies and ensure proper inspection records for all parts shipments in compliance with regulations.

    What You’ll Need:  
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations with direct oversight of hourly employees.
    • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

    Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
     
    $110,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
