The Warehouse Supervisor oversees our warehouse operations, including scheduling, shipping, receiving, and material handling. They manage logistics, maintain supplies, process records and communicate effectively. They ensure accurate, timely, efficient and economical material storage, movement, receipt and shipment.
Position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday.
What You’ll Do:
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees our warehouse operations, including scheduling, shipping, receiving, and material handling. They manage logistics, maintain supplies, process records and communicate effectively. They ensure accurate, timely, efficient and economical material storage, movement, receipt and shipment.
Position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain warehouse organization, including efficient material storage, timely location changes, receipts, and shipments
- Maintain shipment requirements and expedite orders to ensure the highest on-time delivery and customer service levels.
- Schedule and monitor all work to be performed daily.
- Ensure manufacturing orders are reviewed after receipt to ensure materials are issued and operations are completed
- Train employees and monitor development. Manage performance.
- Minimize costs, including overtime, materials, and scrap, while maximizing efficiency and utilization.
- Prepare shipping quotes for sales on equipment and parts orders received by assigned location.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- A strong desire to learn and share knowledge with your team.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including proficient use of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Warehouse and/or Customer Service Experience

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$65,400 - $81,800 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
