Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is key to ensuring we have the materials we need to make our product.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee cycle count and physical inventory. Run cycle counts on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Monitor, report and identify the disposition of slow moving inventory. Partner with other offices for inventory related issues.
- Review assembly requirements needs for missing components and expedite items for timely delivery. Support and monitor inventory levels to maintain service levels in assigned locations.
- Reschedule existing purchase orders to meet current demand. Work with vendors using the on-line supplier portal.
- Review planning messages from ERP for parts procurement.
- Analyze materials budget reports and explain discrepancies and variances.

What You’ll Need:
- BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field; or 0-3 years supply chain experience.
- Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of and proficiency with an ERP system, Order Entry and Cycle Count.
- High School level math and strong understanding of accounting principles. Accounting education or experience helpful.
- Proven organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to interface well with others at all levels within the organization.
