The Inventory Analyst is key to ensuring we have the materials we need to make our product. 

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee cycle count and physical inventory. Run cycle counts on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor, report and identify the disposition of slow moving inventory.  Partner with other offices for inventory related issues. 
• Review assembly requirements needs for missing components and expedite items for timely delivery. Support and monitor inventory levels to maintain service levels in assigned locations.
• Reschedule existing purchase orders to meet current demand. Work with vendors using the on-line supplier portal.
• Review planning messages from ERP for parts procurement.
• Analyze materials budget reports and explain discrepancies and variances.

What You’ll Need:

• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field; or 0-3 years supply chain experience.
• Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of and proficiency with an ERP system, Order Entry and Cycle Count.
• High School level math and strong understanding of accounting principles.  Accounting education or experience helpful.
• Proven organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to interface well with others at all levels within the organization.
