FP&A Manager
Description
What You'll Do:
- Lead monthly forecast reviews covering pipeline, bookings, revenue outlook, and plan variances
- Maintain Salesforce-connected forecasting models; analyze pricing, mix, and margin drivers
- Manage full P&L forecasts, including SG&A, with functional leaders
- Prepare cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, including working capital metrics (DSO/DPO/DOH)
- Execute monthly Flash reporting and MBR/MDA materials, improving efficiency and consistency
- Lead the annual operating plan (budget) process across functions
- Coordinate quarterly and annual outlook submissions, variance analysis, and executive commentary in partnership with Enterprise FP&A
- Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and Pricing teams to enhance KPI reporting and automation
- Investigate trends and data discrepancies; maintain Power BI dashboards for divisional insights
- Support integration into the Fortifi operating model and scalable finance processes
- Drive reporting and analysis improvements using Salesforce, Power BI, and automation tools within PeopleSoft
- Standardize recurring FP&A processes, templates, and analytical approaches with Enterprise FP&A

- BS/BA in Finance or related field required; MBA a plus
- 5–8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or division-level finance
- Experience with commercial/operational finance: bookings, revenue forecasting, funnel analytics
- Background in multi-entity, manufacturing, or PE-backed environments preferred
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Experience with Salesforce, financial planning tools, and ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred); Workday Adaptive a plus
- Ability to leverage automation and AI tools to improve reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, data-driven approach
- Effective communicator able to tailor insights to different audiences

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$140,000 - $155,000 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
