Our Inventory Analyst will analyze and manage inventory levels, monitor and report on slow-moving items, and determine appropriate disposition actions. This position will also collaborate with other offices to resolve inventory-related issues, and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory processes. 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Review assembly requirements for assigned locations, identify missing components, and expedite items to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal service levels at assigned sites.
  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate annual physical inventories as assigned and in alignment with location-specific requirements.
  • Reschedule existing purchase orders to align with current demand and collaborate with vendors through the online supplier portal.
  • Review planning messages in PeopleSoft to support parts procurement activities.
  • Analyze materials budget reports and provide explanations for discrepancies and variances.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including slow-moving inventory reporting and analysis, parts disposition, entering inventory adjustments in PeopleSoft, and preparing or reviewing inventory transaction analyses.

What You’ll Need: 
  • BS in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field.
  • 2 years of inventory analysis in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of and proficiency with PeopleSoft Manufacturing, Order Entry and Cycle Count.
  • Proven organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to interface well with others at all levels within the organization.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.

$64,600 - $77,500 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
